CAT SHOW OFFERS ENTERTAINMENT FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY, INCLUDING RAFFLES AND GIVEAWAYS
(Overland Park, KS – August 5, 2010) The Mo-Kan Cat Club, Inc. will host its 58th annual Cat Fanciers’ Association Cat Show at the Overland Park Convention Center. This event which is open to the public Saturday, August 14 from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. and Sunday, August 15 from 9 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. will provide attendees with an exciting chance to view judging of the best of the best within a variety of cat breeds.
The extravaganza features 300 purebred cats on exhibition, representing approximately 30 breeds presented by more than 150 exhibitors from all over the United States. In addition to the judging of cats in eight rings, this two-day event will have several outstanding vendors selling cat toys, teasers, cat trees, furniture, fine jewelry, clothing, and collectibles.
Tickets are $7 for adults, $5 for seniors 60 years and older, and $4 for children ages three to 12. Children three and under are free. Tickets are available at the door. Parking is free.
