We know that no two events are exactly alike. That's why the Overland Park Convention Center is
designed to be as flexible as it is attractive. No matter what configuration needs your event requires,
we can accommodate you perfectly.
The 60,000 square-foot Exhibit Hall can be used as an impressive Main Hall or split into two equally
grand but smaller halls. This level also offers a 25,000 square foot Ballroom that can be separated
into four column-free rooms, if required. The Exhibit Hall and Ballroom can also be connected to provide
nearly 86,000 square feet of space.
Seven meeting rooms complement the overall space. A prefunction area, adjoining both the Hall and
the Ballroom, is perfect for registration or receptions. A 25,000 square foot, beautifully-landscaped
outdoor courtyard provides another accommodating venue for events, or simply a peaceful and relaxing
setting for breaks.
The Convention Center will also provide access via an enclosed, climate-controlled walkway to 20,000 sq. ft.
of additional meeting and banquet space at the new, 20-story, 412-room Overland Park Sheraton Hotel at
The Convention Center.
