| How many exhibitors can I bring to my show? Our 60,000-sq. ft. Exhibit hall can accommodate nearly 300 exhibitor booths. With an additional 25,000-sq. ft. Ballroom and in-house catering specialists, the Overland Park Convention Center can provide more space and opportunities for your show.
What security features are offered at the OPCC? The facility is equipped with 24-hour surveillance cameras and on-site personnel. Entrances to Exhibit Halls, Ballrooms and meeting spaces are secured with restricted access electronic locks.
Tell me more about your loading dock capacity. The OPCC has eight loading docks are suitable for standard commercial trailers. Additionally, we provide two drive-in ramps that provide access directly to the Exhibition Hall. And a sliding glass wall provides access to our spacious pre-function areas.
How can the OPCC help promote my show? Our marketing team has the ability to assist in local promotion of your show. Advertisements, press kits and press releases can be created in-house. The marketing team will work with you to create a campaign that will focus on your specific demographics. This will help to increase awareness and attendance for your event.
Is there a box office at the OPCC? Yes, we offer a portable box office, a ticket supervisor and ticket sellers to accommodate your event’s ticketing needs.
Is there a charge for parking? No, there are 1,400 FREE parking spots on facility grounds including 400 covered and ample ADA spots. The surrounding corporate offices provide additional space during weekend hours.
