My meeting is fairly small, should I be considering a convention center? Yes! Our seven smaller courtyard rooms have the ability to join one, two or three of the rooms. We also have pre-function area outside to provide additional space for registration, break time, etc. The Donald E. Pipes Executive Conference Room has a built-in beverage station.

What about audio-visual equipment?
We offer an in-house audio-visual team to equip you with the necessary equipment and expertise at an affordable price.

Will my guests have access to the Internet?
Yes, guests are able to stay in touch at the Cyber Café, located on the main level of the Convention Center. Guests won’t have to leave the facility during break times because the café offers coffee and pastries.
